“Decide what you think would be an improvement. Then... Believe in a solution.”
 
Take time to identify problems within your communities, whether these problems need to be done, bought, or taught; these can range from collecting litter, to volunteering at the clinic, to helping a disadvantaged home, or mentoring a younger student or creating awareness over an injustice. Get with your friends, family, or church, and discuss a solution.
 
When you have your solution, plan its execution. Write down what you need, whether or not you need volunteers or labour, if you need to teach, or if funds need to be raised. Describe what you will do, who will you do it for, and where and when it must be done.
 
Having made a plan, carry it out. There might be obstacles along the way, but that’s fine, as long as you are trying. Meeting the needs of others is worth that extra effort.
 
Once you have carried out your plan, sit back and look at what the situation was before and after your project began. Look at how you have changed.
 
Then, there s nothing left to do but to celebrate the successes of you and your teammates!

Tell your friends at school, work, church, mosque, and temple about your decision to live out the spirit of being Swazi, and more importantly, being a person. Make sure to listen to other’s people’s perspectives on what the community needs.

• Tutor a child at your school.
• Volunteer at a local clinic, NGO,church or school.
• Raise funds for a worthy cause through selling merchandise, performances, parties or raffles.
• Organise the donation of non perishable foods and clothing.
• Pick up litter.
• Spread awareness about issues you feel are being ignored.
• Use your talents; position or money to speak for those who can't.
• Visit someone you normally would not meet and figure out what they hold dear.
• Plant trees.
• Start community vegetable garden.
• The options are LIMITLESS. Do whatever you want to change the lives of others today.
